God Will Punish Anyone Who Tells Me To Stop Criticising Tinubu Or Start Supporting Him Because He Is My Tribesman — Apostle Olowookere
Nigerian cleric and social activist, Apostle Michael Olowookere has declared that he will not be silenced in his criticism of Bola Tinubu, warning that anyone who urges him to stop or to support the former Lagos state governor because of tribal affiliation will face divine consequences.
In a post on X, Olowookere emphasized that his criticism is guided by conscience and faith, not ethnicity.
He stated that loyalty to truth and accountability takes precedence over tribal affiliation, asserting that no amount of pressure or appeals to ethnic solidarity would deter him from speaking out.
”Many of you are disappointed that I’m a Yoruba man, and a preacher and I’m not supporting or speaking for this Tinubu led administration. Many of you have come to my DM to preach to me how I need to protect the interest of “My own people.
”Well, I’m not a man motivated by tribe. I’m not influenced by 20k data or brown envelopes. MY OWN PEOPLE are those who stands for justice and Honesty, regardless of tribe and ethnicity I’m inspired by God for justice, judgment, dignity, Honesty and Compassion.
”If you come to my DM again to tell me nonsense of “protecting my own people ” because you want me to lick your presidents butt, I’d curse you! Infact, God punish you!”
