Tinubu’s Negligence In Handling Christians’ Persecution Exposes Complicity In Genocide — Babatunde Gbadamosi
Political commentator, Babatunde Gbadamosi has questioned Bola Tinubu’s handling of genocidal killings in Nigeria, saying the former Lagos State governor’s silence on recent genocide against Christians in Plateau State has exposed his complicity in the menace.
Tinubu’s silence on attacks against Nigerian Christians has been a subject of debate. While he has acknowledged the severity of the situation, stating that violence framed along religious lines will be treated as an attack on the Nigerian state, critics argue that his response has been inadequate.
Recently, a deadly attack on a mining site in the Kuru community, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State claimed the lives of seven miners, with several others injured.

The attack, which occurred on Wednesday night, was confirmed by the President of the Berom Youths Moulders Association, Solomon Dalyop.
According to reports, the victims were carrying out their mining activities when suspected terrorists stormed the site and launched a violent attack on the miners.
While the Bola Tinubu administration has refused to react to the killings, Gbadamosi in a post on X decried how Tinubu has failed to address targeted killings despite consistent killings of faithful.
