Tinubu Govt Not Interested In Protecting Indigenous Lives, Especially Christians; Shows Hostility Towards Those Exposing Killings — Babatunde Gbadamosi
A political commentator, Babatunde Gbadamosi has criticised the Tinubu government for showing no interest in protecting indigenous lives, particularly Christians, alleging hostility toward individuals who draw attention to killings across the country.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Gbadamosi claimed that the government is “at best not interested” in safeguarding indigenous lives and “even less so” when the victims are Christians.

He further alleged that, at worst, elements within the government may be accomplice in the ongoing killings, citing what he described as official hostility toward whistleblowers and community members who defend themselves against terrorists.
Gbadamosi pointed to individuals who regularly highlight alleged unreported killings in remote areas, as well as Nigerians who have faced prosecution after resisting attacks on their communities, as examples of what he described as selective targeting by authorities.

He highlighted the case of Sunday Jackson and the recent case of Victor Solomon popularly known as Zidane who was arrested in 2018 for killing a terrorist while defending his Adara community against Fulani terrorist attacks during the El-Rufai administration.
He further pointed out the case of a whistleblower, @_EnglishAlhaji who daily expose unreported killings in remote areas.
According to him, these evidence pose a strong claim that the Tinubu government are possibly behind the killings and not interested in protecting indigenous lives worst still when they are Christians.
