Expect APC To Share More Rice, EFCC To Revisit Kwankwaso’s Tenure And Sowore To Stage Protest In Kano, All To Counter Obi’s Kano Visit— Abu Amir
A northern political commentator, Abu Amir, has predicted a series of developments in Kano State following the visit of presidential hopeful Peter Obi.
Obi recently visited former Kano State governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who hosted Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde and former Bayelsa governor Seriake Dickson at his residence.

During the visit, a throng of supporters of Rabiu Kwankwaso repeatedly chanted Peter Obi’s name, as the former Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate attended the annual Kwankwasiyya Eid festival in Kano on Sunday.
The crowd, with many sporting the signature red caps of the Kwankwasiyya movement, belted Kwankwaso’s name alongside Obi’s as both men acknowledged the cheers and delivered short speeches.
Speaking on the visit on X , Abu Amir said the All Progressives Congress (APC) may launch a large-scale rice distribution, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) revisiting the tenure of former Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso and activist Omoyele Sowore expected to stage a protest in Kano, all to counter Obi’s visit.
