‘May God’s Judgement Descend Upon You, Fake Prophet,’ Gbadamosi Slams Primate Ayodele Over ‘Nigerians Hate Tinubu Despite Doing Better Than Jonathan’ Comment

Political commentator Babatunde Gbadamosi has fired a scathing rebuke at the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele following the cleric’s controversial statement that Nigerians “hate Bola Tinubu despite him doing better than some former presidents including Goodluck Jonathan.

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, had on Sunday said that Bola Tinubu has performed better than former Presidents Muhammadu Buhari and Goodluck Jonathan, but claimed that Nigerians dislike him.

According to him, Tinubu has done well for Nigerians, but those surrounding him are against his second-term ambition.

The clergyman said: “Tinubu has done well for Nigerians, but the problem is that Nigerians hate him. The problem is nemesis. Tinubu’s problem is that those surrounding him don’t like him and they don’t want him for a second term.

In response, Gbadamosi did not mince words, condemning the cleric’s comments and calling him a “fake prophet.” He added, “May God’s judgement descend upon all fake prophets, using this one as a point of contact,” emphasizing his view that religious leaders should not intervene in partisan political assessments or mislead the public with biased statements.
