Tinubu Govt Engaging Riley Moore Not To Stop Christian Genocide But To Buy Time For Trump’s Tenure To End And Intensify U.S. Lobbying,” Mike Arnold Claims
A former mayor of Blanco, Texas, Mike Arnold, says Bola Tinubu’s administration is engaging U.S. Congressman Riley Moore not to address the ongoing Christian genocide in Nigeria, but rather to strategically delay international intervention until U.S. President Donald Trump’s tenure ends, while simultaneously strengthening lobbying efforts in Washington.
In a post on X, Arnold said the engagement with Moore and other U.S. political figures is part of a Tinubu’s calculated plan to manage international perception, rather than take concrete steps to protect Christian communities in Nigeria.

He suggested that this approach risks exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the country’s Middle Belt region, particularly in Plateau, Benue, and Kaduna and other parts of Nigeria, where repeated attacks by armed groups have left hundreds dead, destroyed homes, and displaced thousands.
Arnold described the strategy as “buying time,” allowing the Tinubu government to continue lobbying without facing immediate pressure to address the violence.
‘’They have hired conservative Republican lobbyists — more than $10 million worth — to advance the fiction that they are actually doing something. The goal is simple: run out the clock on Trump’s term.
‘’With respect, Congressman — you have been bamboozled by smooth-talking, sociopathic criminals who are very good at this game.
‘’I have been to the front lines of this genocide. I have met with presidents, governors, kings, senators, and countless displaced persons and frontline workers across Nigeria.
‘’This is not a religious freedom issue. It is national security. The Old Dominion shooter two weeks ago was radicalized in Nigeria. Their stated intention is to use Nigeria as a launchpad for global jihad.
