‘Diaspora Who Fled Because Of Hardship And Now Singing ‘On Your Mandate’ Should Come Back To Nigeria And Stand Full-Time On Tinubu’s Mandate,’ Fayose (VIDEO)

Businessman and social media personality, Isaac Fayose has sharply criticised Nigerians in the diaspora who sang the campaign song “On Your Mandate” for Bola Tinubu during his visit to the United Kingdom, calling them “the most selfish people in the world.”

Fayose who accused diaspora Nigerians of being insensitive questioned why they celebrated the former Lagos governor while continuing to live outside the country.

“You left Nigeria because of hardship, and now, while abroad, you’re singing ‘on your mandate we shaa stand’ for  Tinubu. Why not come back to Nigeria to stand full-time on the mandate?” Fayose said.

Along Windsor’s High Street, Nigerian supporters chanted ‘On your mandate we shall stand’ – a slogan closely associated with Tinubu’s political base, APC, back home – moments after he passed through.
