LOBBYING FIRM: Mike Arnold Vows Tinubu’s Image Laundering Won’t Stop Activism Against Genocide 

A former Mayor of Blanco, Texas, Mike Arnold has vowed that Bola Tinubu’s lobbying deal aimed at persuading the Trump administration and key U.S. lawmakers that Nigeria is taking concrete steps to address the killings of Christians in the country will not quench activisms targeted at ending the menace.

Report had on Tuesday emerged that Tinubu engaged the lobbying firm, known for its deep connections within conservative circles in Washington, to highlights his urgent effort to manage Nigeria’s international image and secure support from influential US political actors.

Meanwhile, the move which comes amid heightened tensions, with former US President Donald Trump threatening further strikes has been described as illogical by critics.

Condemnations have trailed the development, prominent stakeholders describing the act as image laundering contrary to realities.   

However as Nigerians fear whether the move could alter the genocide narratives in Nigeria, Mike Arnold vowed that the ‘’image laudering’’ will not stop efforts to expose the government’s failure to protect Nigerian Christians.

‘’No, nothing is being “wiped away.” Don’t fall for this doomsday garbage by people who don’t understand the first thing about how the game is played.’’

He also called on faithful not to be discouraged but rather be energized.

‘’This new revelation should energized you, not discourage you. This $9 million contract just shows how desperate NuhuRibadu and Tinubu are to claw back control of the story. It’s not a flex. It’s fear.’’
